MVVI Business ERP Authorized Use Terms
MVVI Business ERP (MVVI ERP V2) is an existing private business system operated by MVVI Supply Specialists. Its Google Apps Script management integration is available only to the owner and maintainers whom the owner authorizes.
Permitted access
Use the integration only for authorized inspection and maintenance of MVVI’s existing ERP project. Connecting a Google account requires that account holder’s consent and appropriate access to the project. Do not use another person’s credentials or disclose authentication secrets.
Source changes and approval
Inspection reads source without modifying it. A proposed source change must be planned against the existing project, reviewed, and explicitly approved by the owner before deployment. Deployment must satisfy the workflow’s required project and plan checks. Stop when the live state differs from the reviewed state or an operation’s outcome is uncertain. Source changes can immediately affect scheduled ERP functions. Authorization to inspect does not authorize deployment. A GitHub merge alone does not authorize modifying the installed ERP source.
Business transactions
This management connection does not independently authorize invoices, payments, inventory movements, customer messages, or financial postings. Those actions remain subject to the installed ERP’s native records, workflows, and approval controls. These terms do not change customer prices, payment terms, warranties, or existing agreements.
Information handling and access removal
Protect source exports, repository access, and OAuth credentials. Use the integration consistently with the MVVI Business ERP Privacy Notice. The owner may remove a maintainer’s access. The Google account holder may revoke Google authorization, and MVVI may disable the connection by removing its stored credentials.
Support
Report access problems, unexpected results, or suspected credential exposure to MVVISupply@gmail.com or 901-335-7878. Do not include credentials in the report.
